Preamble to Compulsive Eaters Anonymous – OA
Compulsive Eaters Anonymous is a brotherhood of individuals who, by sharing their experience, strength and hope, are recovering from the compulsion to eat. We welcome all those who wish to stop binge eating.
There are no subscriptions or fees for members; We support ourselves through our own contributions, we do not accept or solicit contributions from outside.
OA is not affiliated with any public or private organization, political party, ideology or religious doctrine; we do not enter into controversies in other people’s affairs. Our primary goal is to refrain from compulsive eating and compulsive eating behaviors and to carry the message of recovery through the twelve steps of OA to those who still suffer.
